Traditional Karelian Pies “Karjalanpiirakka” Creamy rice or buttery potato filling inside traditional thin rye crust and topped with old world egg butter “munavoi“ if you are brave!

Authentic Finnish Meat Pies  “Lihapiirakka” made with loads of juicy ground beef, rice, onions, garlic and special spices stuffed in a soft fried dough. Add a little mustard as a side for simple finn-perfection.

The Farmer Pasty is considered a handheld meat pie. These are basically individual pies filled with ground pork and beef, cabbage, onion, carrot, rutabaga and potato cooked together within a handmade bread pouch.
