As you may know Dunn Bros. is moving and leaving the neighborhood at the end of this summer. The Finnish Bistro will be selling coffee, tea, smoothies and in-house homemade coffee syrups once they vacate. A full service coffee bar like now only cheaper with no franchise fees! there will also be a renovation in stages as well.
We are inviting customers and the neighborhood to blind coffee taste tests/samplings as mini focus groups to pick the coffee we will carry in the future! We have selected several locally roasted and fair trade coffee roasters to sample. The following are the times and dates we will have plainly marked fresh brewed coffee to sample with a short rating scale and questionnaire to fill out.
